Not really disclosed by City. Discovered by MM's due diligence team.
May explain why MM wants to drop the price if he's got to weigh out the taxman.

A work pal of mine is good friends with a number of ex city players. He mentioned to me today that one of the problems is over a tax bill which was not known to MM and must be payed on takeover. Effectively another hidden debt which the club didn't know about or were less than willing to inform MM with.

FFS - and this is not a pop at you BB :icon_bigg - it is a bit late in the day to be finding this sort thing out, isn't it? :icon_sad:
