Anyone going to give it a listen? :102: :102: :102: ;)

I listened in and I was surprised that not everyone wanted CL gone.

Pity they lost about 15 minutes to the flaming Westerby Cup draw and all the other cup draws for every local cup under the sun:018: . Just the night for those Radio Leicester:102:

they have to vet the calls to make it even, but i don't want CL out as i don't think there is much better available when George Burley was free i would have prefered us to have brought him in. But now we might as well be looking to bring in a colsultant like Bobby Robson (I know he is at Eire but that surely don't take up all his time). The other managers we will attracted are unproven at this level and at lower clubs where we wont have to pay much compensation, would we be better off?

to be honest we cant afford to be fussy.

the immediate problem is avoiding relegation thats what the job would be to a replacement manager, wether he would be capable of promotion and survival in premiership should be irrelevant.

I would be happy with craig been sacked and anyone to replace him with fresh ideas and motivation on a short term contract, so at least if it doesnt work out he can be shipped out easy enough.

Being a newbie i wouldnt know if this has been suggested?? but i think it would be an ideal replacement in phil thompson he did an awsome job IMO whilst benitez was on sick leave and dont think he got the praise he deserved. maybe out of our league a little but still an interesting point to bring up i thought!!!!:098: :098:

it has been suggested but i agree he could be a good manager, no full time experience though?

Just listened to a replay of the phone in (yes i am that bored at work) and i heard THE most ridiculous statement ever - and no, i'm not talking about the moron who suggested Wise as manager.

Some caller said 'where's dubo'. a perfectly fair comment perhaps, but he then went on to say that Dublin is Leicester through and through and just like Steve Walsh (legend, god, hero, superstar) if you cut in half he would be Leicester to the core...

Do me a favour. What exactly has Dublin done for us since he signed. apart from a, at best, half decent second half to last season he has done fcuk all. am i the only one who's not buying this 'Dion is a true Leicester man etc.etc bullshit". The guy should never have signed for us. He's clearly never been the same player, quite understandably i might add, since he broke his neck. as a defender we have MUCH MUCH better, Paddy, Gerrbrand, Stearman and as a striker he is now well past his best. Don't see what use he has to the team in the slightest. and if he's such a Leicester man why the hell did it take him so long to find his way back here.

Don't ever let me hear anyone in their right mind seriously ever put Stevie Walsh and Dion Dublin, or any of the current squad for that matter in the same sentence again, it's a fcuking disgrace.

You're not the only one. Was that the same guy who admitted to having a box at Cov and started going on about how nice their stadium was...?

I am seeing a 2nd problem here, we are been overly fussy over who a replacement manager would be, if their was a stark choice given tommorow dublin or craig for rest of season who would it be?

Dublin isnt my first choice incidently but I would probably pick him over craig as our current form is horrid.

You have truly excelled yourself. To Put a club, hovering on the brink of relegation, two points a drift into the hands of a TOTAL novice would just be so dangerous its untrue, just look at Wasall and Merson!

What goes through your tiny mind??
