How tall is Iker Casillas?

Not a great example seeing as how he's been a bit of a joke keeper for at least the last couple of years. No doubting his ability a few years back mind.

Of course, there are keepers under 6ft 4in that are capable. But if you look at De Gea, Neuer, Courtois, Cech, even Hart, they are all that height or more. It's simple evolution.

If there is one thing that our current best team is desperately short of, it is height. So if we are in the market for any new players, that for me will be high up on the wish list for anyone, but it is essential for a keeper.

JUDGE CATCHING EYE

Brentford midfielder Alan Judge is a transfer target for a number of Premier League clubs, according to the London Evening Standard.

Leicester, Swansea and Bournemouth have watched the winger, who has scored six goals so far this season.

Judge's contract at Griffin Park is set to expire at the end of the season.

I think we've been linked to Judge a few times before.

Difficult to judge without a youtube clip

Japan national keeper, Eiji Kawashima seen at the City training ground apparently.
He's a free agent.

I did see the owners chopper at the training ground Tuesday afternoon. I did wonder if anyone was getting the guided tour .

So he is the Japan national keeper and captain of his club but now a free agent?

Either a spectacular loss of form or he took a dump in the car of someone very important!

From the Mockery:

Ranieri also confirmed that Japan goalkeeper Eiji Kawashima is training with the club.

The 32-year-old, an international team-mate of City striker Shinji Okazaki, is without a club after leaving Standard Liege but Ranieri said the club were not currently considering a move.

"At the moment no, but never say never," said Ranieri.

I see the Japanese goalkeeper was making pizza. I wonder if we have enough dough to tempt him.

Dundee United have applied for a work permit to sign Kawashima
