It is if their position (aptly filled by Danny Drinkwater) is not your priority. Get your priority first then by all means go back and get cover for Drinkwater.
 
I really don't understand the panic for defenders or midfielders.

Hernandez played one game when the entire shape of the team was a dog's dinner. There is no real reason to think he isn't up to it.

Mendy has had 60 minutes to show his capabilities and a lot are ready to consign him to the ressies.

Wasil is an able deputy and Benny may just be edging his way back in.

I think we are fine.

Don't be soft. I'm not implying that at all. It was an experiment in wit.

Club is fine. BUT we have still arguably not replaced our best player adequately. That is a big thing in my book and we will feel it unless of course the Amarty party isn't a one off.
 
We do look a little short in midfield for January/February during the ACON which may be a worry if we have injuries as well; then again, I thought we looked a little short during the last January transfer window. That turned out okay. The moral of the story? I know square root of **** all.
 
I feel sorry for the poor bastard from Sky News stood outside our training ground all day.
 
Benny to come back into the squad I reckon.
