Just to give you some rare support in this thread Alex, I fully agree with you. Holloway has not done the job I hoped he would by any means (I'm waiting for this to be put in bold and ridiculed by Homey), but I think he will given time.

That's pretty much what he said. No specific three year plan, just an aspiration to get into the Prem.

I think it was a one year plan, and if that failed, another one year plan, and then another...

But as it turned out, the first one year plan turned out to last just a couple of months, and the second one was even shorter.

Yes - I somehow doubt whether one of the milestones in the plan involved (hopefully) avoiding relegation in the last couple of games of year 1. However, Mandaric can console himself that even if we were relegated it is still possible for us to return to the premiership at the end of year 3.
