Talking of DNA I see Colin Pitchfork is appealing today to get released from prison.

You will notice in this article how the Stalinst Home Office are intending to ignore this ruling. :icon_roll :018:

"The existing law will remain in place while we carefully consider the judgement."


Why the shrug of the shoulders? It is perfectly understandable that the status quo should be maintained whilst consideration of the ruling is undertaken; it may even be that there will be an appeal and nobody would expect any change before that is heard.

Nowhere in the article does it say that it is intended to ignore the ruling.

In another form of English, yes. :icon_wink The shrug is because the Government would expect us to comply with the Law and yet do not seem to feel the same need to comply when judgement, on a 17-0 basis, goes against them. :102: :icon_bigg
