In Milans interview in the mockery, he mentioned about going back to the 2 year kit cycle and making the shirts in Germany (better quality he says)
I think this will be great for the club and fans.

Also he mentioned the Walkers deal, he hopes to squeeze some more money out of them. Too right £150k a year to have stadium rights! They are getting away too lightly! and I wonder if he will get a new sponsor instead of the A & L? Either way he has contacts so I am sure we will get the best deals LCFC has ever had.
Feel free to discuss!

I haven't got the foggiest.

So just to confirm my position, I don't know anything about any potential deals, so for that reason, I'm declaring myself out

when he says the kits will be made in germany i doubt he means by adidas, but instead lcfc sports or something-however i cant imagine this will happen straight away seeing as we still have a deal with jjb

But doesnt that JJB deal end after this season?
either way I think its a step forward and we will sell more shirts as we will get two years out of them rather than one! I am looking forward to it already!

Actually we'd probably sell more in total if we changed it every year

squeeze more money out of walkers?

If i remember rightly, they agreed a 10-year deal? i would imagine the only way they'd have to pay more is if we were promoted.

I don't think Milan has the power to just tear up contracts.

He could buy them out of their contract, and get a better one instead

Get rid of Walkers - they've underpaid us forever. Change the stadium name to "The Cauldron", have microphones on the backs of every chair (home fans only), give everyone a free drink and get the place rocking and crazy. Kit sponsors can be, I dunno, something like Fantasy channel X, or FHM or something so that there's loads of fanny at each match parading stuff like at the boxing, like instead of "round 4", a few of the birds could parade semi naked, nah, sod it, naked, completely starkers, with a board saying "2nd half", etc. Then the place would be full every match and live up to it's name "The Cauldron". Would be great IMO.

Can't believe no one picked up on that yet!

Back to the topic anyway. Its about time we had a decent kit manufacturer, I understand it will cost the club more if we had our shirts produced by Nike or Adidas but surely we would sell more shirts if they were from a decent brand. I would definitely consider buying both home and away shirts if they were decent quality and were around for two years! JJB is gash basically!!

Not too fussed about the sponsor, as long as its a decent injection of cash for it then not to arsed who it is, but it is good when a clubs sponsor has something to do with where they are from.
