Casual fans didn't buy tickets when they were available last season because the communication from the club is so shit.

People assume it's sold out and that's that.

I know a couple of members who were planning to renew but aren't now, I imagine there are plenty more.

Memberships should be simple.

I've got 28 points. 15 for being a previous Gold member and 1 for each PL home game attended last season.

Why aren't the 2 League Cup home games included as well as all the Champions League home matches?

According to a nice man in the ticket office, I was 'not unsuccessful' in the ticket ballot and will receive an e-mail 'outlining my success shortly'. If Kafka is anything to go by, it will most likely be entry to another ballot

Couldn't agree more - total dung heap of a scheme. They'll have to manage without me next season but in reality I suspect that they couldn't give a flying f*** whether I go or not.

The website was not allowing people to sign in this morning and so I had to queue on the phone for 30 minutes.

This is the second time in a week that the site has had problems (the ticket buying button for the Borussia game hasn't been activated last Friday so I had to call and queue then too)

It really is a shambles.

Yes it was fixed at some point but the lady on the phone told me that the button hadn't been activated yet (when it should have been from 9am the day I called) but couldn't give an explanation why.

Places on the forum are limited, and those supporters who wish to take part should email [email protected] by 5pm on Sunday 24 September, 2017 with the following information:

- Name
- Contact number
- Number of games they’ve attended home and away over the last two seasons

Those supporters selected to take part in Your 90 Minutes will then be contacted by 5pm on Monday 25 2017.
