I'm struggling to see how we get a result better than 0-0 from this & thats no ****ing use to us.

OK, we look more solid. But without anyone to create anything we've basically just swapped an isolated lone striker for an isolated front two !

One potentially creative player on the field & he's playing in a defensive midfield block.

I await the forthcoming tactical masterstroke in the 2nd half.

No one thinks we should try and 'steamroller' anyone but we simply cannot get out of our own penalty area because there is no one at all to move the ball forward to. When we do manage to get it to Soumare or Tielemans they are so slow and ponderous it's either played back into our own penalty area or given away. There is only one way that will end. Ndidi has been much better to be fair; he's been a bit more like Ndidi mk1 tonight.

Souttar had been excellent. Why the **** he hasn't been playing is anyone's guess.
