And it would, indeed, be amazing if top dropped in with a chopper and the new manager. Awesomeness.

I can actually see that happening. Instead of the match ball, the remembrance event helicoptor drops our new man into the centre circle.

You won't be surprised to see me write that I couldn't possibly say :) Seriously though I wouldn't want to get them in any bother with the club, but I did see for myself the text from Clark saying everything I've told you guys.

Crikey, I'd love to know if there's ever been a more protracted, hushed and interesting appointment of a manager down Filbo....lord knows we've had a few to pick from.

We need proof dammit!! :icon_lol:

I've seen a text message, accidentally sent to my phone, from Jose Mourinho saying that he can't wait to start and that he'll be at the game on Sunday.

Bert is saying...ah who cares. I'd have been perfectly happy with Davies before these Pearson and MON rumours started.

Let me take a wild guess.

Walshie.

He's not been very discreet.

Bert is saying it is Pearson, if this is the case then I will be delighted to see him return, granted sometimes the football wasnt always top notch but it certainly wasn't awful to watch, plus he had a good eye for a player, I know he had a couple of iffy signings in there but all in all he signed good young players and got the best out of them. Think he will flourish given the support of the new orders.

Think he performed a minor miracle in turning the club around and nearly securing back to back promotions and all this in spite of the mad old interfering fecker and his sidekick Hoos. If true welcome back Nige

I'd be delighted as well but I just can't see it happening.

ETA: And I say that as much to kill my own hopes as anyone elses.

Incidentally on EMT Stowell was asked about the Pearson link and he said he 'loved him' and although he said it was up to the owners etc and tried to be neutral he clearly liked the idea. Steve Howard just said 'he was very good for this club'.

I think it is Steven, in the library with the pseudo-homophobic post.

That's the most horrifically offensive thing that my poor delicate eyes have ever had to witness!!!!1111! How could you be so awful?
The forum police should arrest and put you in forum handcuffs and drag you off to forum prison, immediately.
Won't somebody think of the children?

If anybody needs me, I'll be sobbing quietly to myself in the corner for a while and then I'll be fanning myself with a copy of The People's Friend until I've managed to recover
