1) Who do you think is the manager to take us forward??
Billy Davies

2) Where do we need to strengthen??
We need to get a decent manager in before anything else

3) Who is at fault for this seasons load of shite??
Mandaric for the first 14 useless cnuts signed in the summer, Holloway for the eleven useless cnuts that he has subsequently signed

4) Do we need to start to blood the kids comming through??
You sicken me

1) Who do you think is the manager to take us forward??

ian holloway.

2) Where do we need to strengthen??

we need a forward who can score on a regualr basis, we need the players to supply him the ball in order to score these goals and we need a keeper to stop them going in the other end.

3) Who is at fault for this seasons load of shite??

the vast majority of the first team playing squad, there professional players paid proffesional wages to deliver a proffesional job, there quite good at prentending to be the first one, absolutely brilliant at accepting the 2nd one, and f-ing useless at delivering the last one.

4) Do we need to start to blood the kids comming through??

yes but thats always the case in any club, its time that the likes of sappleton etc were given there chance to prove themselves.

1) Holloway

2) We need two proper wingers, a keeper, and probably another one or two strikers provided there is a massive clearout (particularly up front) as well.

3) Mandaric and the players

4) I have no problem if they are given chances every now and again, and allowed to develop slowly, but that can only be done if we are a solid team next season and there isn't so much pressure on them.

1) Who do you think is the manager to take us forward??
ollie, given time.
2) Where do we need to strengthen??
good wingers, perhaps a keeper (fulop if possible) and a solid left back
3) Who is at fault for this seasons load of shite??
a mixture of MM, MA2, partly ollie but mostly the players.
4) Do we need to start to blood the kids comming through??
only if theyre ready, we cant just throw them in at the deep end again (mattock, king) and expect them to deliver.

Im amazed by the patience being shown towards Ollie, amazed but happy.

Desperation makes us all act in strange ways.

1) Martin O'Neill

2) Filbert Street, not the Walkers.

3) Roy Essandoah/Peter Taylor (its just a really long, drawn out ripple effect)

4) Yes, get them all in and hope they make as big an impact as Tommy Wright, Chris O'Grady etc...

I think we should be looking at clearing out players who have had the chance over a number of seasons but failed, name that comes to mind is fryatt. New keeper get fulop in he was very consistent. But he wont join a league one club :(
Signup hendrie, get rid of clemence, try and get commons, get nugent I expect pompy will be looking to offload in summer and we can see if MM has good relations with his old club, chopra would be nice but no chance.

Manager situation the difference between holloway and the other managers is he has had time and money so I do now consider him a failure, I didnt expect promotion winning form but really with the resources he has had we shouldnt be in this situation so I would change the manager to either Davies or even Ince.

MM failures failing to pay for fulop and dropping worthington end of last season but we should hope MM sticks with us as he does provide ambition for the club.

l love the fact you think Fulop won't join a league one club but Nugent will!

You're amazed, I'm completly gob smacked. The man has done very little results wise to justify remaining in his job, besides the stability argument, why should he remain ?

cause he,s dead dead funny aint he! :038:

1) Who do you think is the manager to take us forward??

I don't see the point in changing the manager yet again. I'm happy to give Holloway the chance to sort this place out properly in the summer. I think the real business on how he should be properly judged is the first 6 games of next season. If we have shown no sign of improvement and are still down towards the bottom of the Championship (yes, I think we'll stay up) then he'll have to go.

2) Where do we need to strengthen??

I think we should go out and sign Fulop from Sunderland and if Clapham is willing to stay then I think we should get him - or if not - another good left-back. I personally don't think Mattock is good enough (yet) despite him playing for the England U21s this season.

I also think we should sign a decent left-winger. I don't think either of the Hungarians are good enough so I would be looking elsewhere. If Bell carries on as he has been and gets better than I'm happy for him to be our right winger. I also think we could do with another good central midfielder as I don't think Wesolowski and King are good enough as first-teamers let alone back-up players should our first choice pairing be injured - this man should definately be Lee Hendire.

Personally, I'd flog Fryatt, Campbell and possibly Hume and bring a couple of new strikers in. Howard is proven at this level and I think he CAN be good for us. He's not got a bad strike rate for us this season but I don't think he's had the greatest of service for most of his time with us.

3) Who is at fault for this seasons load of shite??

Martin Allen and Milan Mandaric. But then a lot of the players haven't really been free of criticism this season. They play amazingly one week and thrash someone 4-0 and then the same team starts next week and plays terribley.

4) Do we need to start to blood the kids comming through??

If they're good enough then of course. But are they? Max Gradel should come back here with a clean slate this summer and if he looks to be good enough then play him. Simple as. It's a no brainer.

How will we know if they do not get the chance? At least they will give 110% every game unlike the bulk of the first team squad at the moment.
