Personally I would keep the younger players, Stearman and Fryatt definitely.

I reckon that some of the "first teamers" (McCarthy/Johannson/Hughes/Fryatt)would make good squad players and are young enough to still be of value to us. Get rid of the old rot (Douglas/DeVries/Tiatto) and some that just don't have the required quality, and I think we would have the basis of a solid squad. With the right signings we could make a promotion push.
