You can tell a great deal about a man by the way he leaves a job.
I get the feeling that Sven has been looking for players with character and none of them have denigrated the people who helped them or had a recent record of indiscipline. This is a superb letter and I have never heard of a player leaving with such style - what a good role model he is for any young Mattocks.
