Most of the reported debt that Leicester owed was paid in full eventually (being football debts, players contracts and the stadium loan).
It's the (relatively) smaller creditors who ended up with nothing. And if it wasn't for Eric Hall, administration wouldn't have been necessary, the other creditors had already agreed a restructuring of the debts that would have allowed the club to continue.
