IMO most of this squad will be here come next season unless offers come in for them, MM will invest in new players and most of this lot will be squad players. No way can get rid of all of them and replace them with new players, no stability and would cost way too much. I think that given a new manager some of these players can come good.

Johnson and Johansson will leave as their contracts are up. I can't see teams queuing up for too many of our players. The likes of Maybury will be here next season because I can't imagine anyone would be interested in him.

Yes, If Hume is giving 100% as we all seem to be saying, then there isn't much return for his 100% effort making him possibly the most inefective player at this club.

His effort/reward ratio is shite.

People rate him because he sprints, jumps about 10 ft in the air and heads the ball out of play, not what I look for in a player.

If Hume was placed as a link up between the midfield and the strikers Id be more inclined to play him.

the fact he keeps going out on loan all the time and never getting a look in even when we had a left back crisis spells it out to me. the games he did play in he was wank.

i just think we need to cut these players free, i honestly cannot see him ever being our left back, so theres no point in keeping him, probably found his level at mansfield.

im coming round to this. he just frustrates the **** out of me at games where he missed sitters every game.

i really think he would be great as an attacking midfielder/freerole type player behind the strikers. but unfortunatly we have and never will have a manager to try this style of play. i actually think english managers are boring, we need a european with a bit of flair and tactics.
