There seems to be this myth that we've converted Hume from being a midfielder to a striker. He's occasionally played in midfield but for most of his career at Tranmere and for Canada he's played as a striker, and that's always been considered his proper position.

IMO the attack should be built around Hume. He will always go looking for the ball and create his own chances.... not stood there waiting for the ball to find him
