This is getting to be one of our most boring subjects. There are some players who are just not physically equipped to play professional football ... Lee Morris is one of them. Whatever we paid for him and whatever his wages, it is money straight down the drain. The position was well know when Adams signed him ....ludicrous decision.

Although he may have been fit for the physical (assuming one did in fact take place :icon_roll ) a single physical examination only points to a single instance in time.

It was up to others, the Board and Harry B., to say if I look at his playing career, it shows promise and a lot of injuries. How much playing time will I get out of him and is it worth it.

I would love to know what the thought processes were when the transfer was going on. :icon_sad: :icon_eek:

Apparently the medicals under Adams consisted of running through the Gym with your tongue out. If you made to the end without falling over and put your pants back on the right way round you were in.

I heard Keown just kept running in to the wallbars shouting 'basturd' until someone pointed him the right way. Put his trolleys on his head but they were the right way round.
