Brendan Rodgers about to be named Reading manager. Sorry HF.
Why are you sorry for hf?
I know he's trying to get a job in a nut house but I don't think it was Reading that he was talking about

He backed Watford but did it on the provision that Brendan Rodgers would do a successful job.
surely it wouldve been better to wait a while before placing a bet on them
Not if the odds where very good, which they seemed to be, and he didn't think he would leave.

i think he may have mentioned the possibility of him leaving
Can't agree. They quietly went into administration shortly after us and never got the caning we did.
I know you can get better odds elsewhere but Betfair seems to always be quite a fair price. Current odds:
Newcastle 6
West Brom 7.2
Middlesbrough 8.4
Ipswich 10
Sheff Utd 14
Reading 16.5
QPR 17.5
Cardiff 21
Leicester 29
Derby 30
Nottm Forest 34
Swansea 40
Preston 40
C Palace 48
Bristol City 60
Peterborough 60
Sheff Wed 65
Coventry 90
Watford 100
Plymouth 130
Doncaster 160
Blackpool 280
Scunthorpe 370
Barnsley 380
Hmm, I'd say Preston look good value at that though. Definitely worth looking at their odds for promotion. Sheff Utd look well worth a punt too.
Any odds on relegation.........?
Just in case you were still wondering... :icon_wink

I'm slightly puzzled by all the decimal places, are these multipliers of each unit bet?
And if so, why are you using a non-standard system of displaying the odds?

It's the way betfair works

I prefer decimal odds, much easier than looking at odds of 13/10 and stuff
