No interest to what he says and his outlook on life blah blah. He's there to manage a football team and how that team plays is what I will judge him on.

It will all end in tears. Tears i tell you.
Apparently Hume was almost in tears when he scored the other day.
Damn, I should've seen that coming, the old you weren't there so I roll my eyes in contempt at you move ... :icon_conf
I couldn't give a toss if you were there or not. Many people on here don't go to games, but they still manage to offer informed opinions - most of which I appreciate
My contempt is reserved for those who make ridiculous statements with no substance whatsoever in an attempt to prove their point
You didn't have to actually be at the game to understand how poor Southampton are/were
To be honest, I don't know how you would have the first idea unless you were at the game

Match reports, comments on here and elsewhere etc. etc. - plus some basic knowledge of what Southampton have done this season. Not that difficult, to be honest
I haven't seen even the remotest hint that Southampton were 'arguably the best team we've played so far'
Exactly the opposite, actually
Blah blah blah blah.....
Maybe I'm alone then in having no interest in Holloways hilarious insights into lifeHe's the Manager of my football team,I don't want him as a mate so his views on life etc etc are of absolutely no interest to me.You may think the sun shines out of his arse because he can talk about ''taking ugly birds home some Saturdays'' and being a bit of a geezer.I just want him to produce a football side whio can at least play with a bit of passion and against Southampton he didn't,thats not to say he can't.
I think the sun shines out of his arse because of what I think he may do to transform our currently shit football club. That's it, final.
I am sick of being patronised by the 'i don't care what jokes he tells......' bollox. I have suppoorted this football club for 30 years for ****'s sake, I know the ups and downs as well as the majority on here. What I see in Ollie is a character who will get players playing for the team, for the shirt and for us the fickle cynical '****in impress me you lazy lot' bunch of fans.
In fairness, many on here who claim to be 'unimpressed until he gets us results' don't even go to any of the matches!
I see no reason for the unimpressed stance, where will that get us? Why not try and buy in to what Ollie is, get behind him and the team and try to push on. The last few years of us all being cynical and unimpressed has certainly not helped has it?
What has that got to do with it ?
What hasn't it?

So you can't have an opinion on Holloway unless you go to the games, that is what you are saying

No HF, that's not what I am saying, although it is tiring to read some posts which are wholly cynical and negative about the new start to the club with Ollie from those who don't travel to games. This, as in your case, is completely fair enough as you now live a long way away.
I am not getting drawn in to that argument. You have every right to express your opinions and of course you are every bit as much a fan as Fludie.
