Fact is a few weeks ago people were on here complaining about how corrupt the game has become because that useless ginger-headed twat walks out on us to triple his salary and go to Bolton
A few years ago some said it about O'Neill
Before that they said it about Magoo, and before that Brian Little was the most evil greedy man alive
Now some second-rate 'personality manager' does it to Plymouth to join us and it's all reasonable, understandable and "who on here wouldn't do the same" etc. etc

Little wasn't at all IMO, Magoo definitely was, the ink had hardly dryed on his contract before he was off....

Plymouth fans remind me of how we were back then. Shocked at the lack of loyalty shown by a Manager who had suckered us into a false set of ideas. We were innocent of it all once and it hurt then (i.e. with Little) like it's hurting Plymouth fans now.
We've been down that road many times now and, as a result, we are as cynical as any bunch of fans anywhere. We know that local pride and loyalty are nonsense terms from players and managers.
All professionals in football are interested in just two things: money and personal promotion. Anyone who says otherwise is lying.
