but if an argument is started in public is it not better to finish it in public, eg F1 thread?
 
I think the option available to send feedback to people and them n ot know who it is from should be removed and is bound to cause trouble.If you having a problem with something that someone has said then at least have the bollox to have it out with them face to face

I always thought that would cause problems, the whole 'reputation' system is a load of nonsense as far as I'm concerned and I did think twice before turning it on.
I can see who left messages, so if someone has been sending abuse via this let me know and I'll look into it.
I'm going to turn the thing off though, it's going to cause problems and I can't see any benefits.

good call HF. I have said this before, if they are big enough to send the negative then they must also be big enough to put their name to it. Just spineless cowards otherwise.

I don't know how you send it tbh but if I did I'd send you some...... but I am a spineless coward.
Theres lots of new stuff on here that I don't bother with.This is mainly down to the fact that I am thick.

Just a thought can the mod's/jeff set up a apart of the site up where if peeps have probs with each otheir can get it sorted out away from the rest of us .:102:

this could work by a mod/jeff sending a pm and link and time where it can get sorted a bit like the mods thread which is unseen,with a mod/jeff keeping an eye on whats going on

as i said just a thought

Jeff hasn't time for all that,he's a busy man.I actually thought Melton himself suggested a thread entitled 'Take it Outside' for such a thing

Seriously, why pander to cockwands who fail to differentiate the online world from reality?

They should exercise some self-control and just put someone on ignore if they find it painful to read what someone has written.
