Where were you between 2004 and 2007?

Joe_Fox's first post, Talking Balls Awards every single year, Prediction League, Steven becoming a mod, Joe_Fox draws system, Paul Ince, enderby fox wanking on a bus. Come on, homer. This is nowhere near the lowest point.

The Trusts abuse of Boc's money? Spion's issues with the plastic chain?

Are you not taking these seriously?

I'm a Pearson fan but this is an abysmal run. Normally I'd just say stick with him and hope he gets us back up but when a manager like Tony Pulis is currently out of work...... tempting.

Fact is we've been cast away in the desperate wilderness for ten miserable years, and faced the prospect of remaining there forever and a day. This bloke has been through ups and downs and miseries, but found a way of gelling a team together to not only drag us out of the mire, but send us soaring out of it.

There's no nostalgia here. It's simply common sense to allow him more than 13 feckin' games to find a solution to playing in a league we've been far removed from for a generation. Three points separate the bottom seven. To sack him right now would be the action of an idiot

You can be immensely critical sometimes, even entertainingly so if I may say myself.

But these two paragraphs of yours are absolutely spot on.

Absolutely spot on.

However, answer me this: In your opinion, if Cardiff had replaced MM with TP last season, what league would you be in?

As a local boy, Pulis would have galvanised the crowd in a way OGS didn't.
They spent the second half of the season singing about the owner and the rebrand rather than supporting the boys.

Apart from that, he'd have sured up a woeful defence. It's what he does.
We never had a problem scoring goals. Just gave too many away.

That's the key to first season survival in the prem in my humble opinion.

I'd be interest to know what he says about tonight's shambles. He can't keep papering over the huge cracks.

Oh and on that showing Liverpool will not finish in the top 5. No chance.
