Unfortunately the shrewd managerial applicant with any grasp of economics will realise that some owners may have a great deal of difficulty seeing out the season.Hope l am wrong .

I'm hearing Top wants to take on manager responsibility with an old head like Hiddink to oversee things?

It's getting to the stage that nothing would surprise me. Presumably, like some we have had on here, he has mastered FIFA14 on his PS3. Surely the Premier League can not be that much different.

Are you hearing 'those noises' again Lako?

Maybe you heard it from Soren Lawrenson?

This is such fun. We get new candidates from the bookies twice a day now.

Today's new hope: Philippe Cocu

Bizarrely, Neil Lennon's just been on the radio as the pro-Murray pundit ahead of today's Wimbledon semi. Obviously they had him on originally to discuss his new "job" which was pulled pending the official announcement and so it was either tennis or EU trade agreements.

I think this is just smashing.

Everyday we get to learn about new coaches and managers from the European leagues, it will only serve us all well for the future, especially when we are involved in the recruitment of a coach for the clubs we own.
