Well first thing to do is to go for an early morning run then eat a hearty breakfast of musili then...............

He hasn't got time to run of a morning, he's far to busy making deep fried cheesecakes. His batter is legendary apparently. I may have misheard though

No early morning running far too much risk of injury. :018: Muesli on the other hand I have every morning anyway. Trick here is to heat the milk for 2 1/2 mins before eating. :icon_bigg

If you wanna lose weight, get yourself an ounce of speed and take a couple of weeks off.
You'll be as thin as **** before you can say "I've not slept for a fortnight"

'e by 'eck Muesli up here is usually only taken by school teachers and women who think they have to look slim.

I agree about the running I was out working Friday until 6ish and had to walk 2 miles back to home from my last call and that was enough particularly with all the snow we've had. But even then there was some skinny sod going for his daily run no doubt. He was on the pavement which is so uneven with 4-6 inches of packed snow that in places has turned to ice, that an accident is likely at any time.

We haven't played away at Birmingham in a cup match since 1966. You would have been around -25 at the time.

I think there's a lot that 'young' Rich isn't telling us. You need to be open and honest before we can help Rich.
You've spent some time in jail haven't you Rich? Don't worry, we're not judging you Rich, not all of us anyway, we just want to get to the truth

I wonder if r.smith knows r.wayne?

Of course the game could have been Aston Villa away as it is in Birmingham and that was in October 2003 and for that game the atmosphere would have been good even though we lost 1-0

It was Birmingham away in either the fa cup or carling cup back in about 2002 2003 sort of time

Let me be the first to say that you have a marvellous imagination. The last time we played at Birmingham in a Cup competition was 1966; I was there and I didn't see you.

Edit: OK - not the first, but I never was very good at reading all the replies before posting.

Don't be ridiculous Boc, the Carling cup didn't exist in 1966.

It's a nice try, but I think you're going to have to try a lot harder to catch out Mr arse Mith. He's wise to your shenanigans, you pesky factist

you go to uni to study physiotherapy?

and they wonder why the unis are in trouble

I'm hearing a bit of anger and defensiveness, but that's okay, let it all out.
Did they used to call you names as well? Fatty-bumbum? Mr Stinky-pants? Murdering Scumbag? One-legged Spasmo?
Do you have both legs?

:icon_lol::icon_lol:

What was your first match?

I've no idea when or what my first match was. In fact I can't even remember which games I went to last season.

I prefer to wipe most games from my memory.
