This is a simple protest against the club's insensitivity in trying to get fans to take part in a nonsensical award. It victimises nobody and has no connection whatsever with what might or might not have happened to Mark Bright.

He's an ex player, and he felt victimised when he was here. As I said, I think Elvis is being victimised here, and I just wondered what somebody who claims to have been through the same experience might think of it.

I know the supposed "point", but I doubt Elvis will see it like that. I doubt this will help his confidence or his desire to progress in our football team.

The supposed "point" is that none of the players deserve it because they have only contributed negatively, whereas Elvis hasn't contributed negatively.
