Walker 7 - Not much to do but did what he had to well
Maybury 7 - Solid but nothing special
Stewart 5 - OK overall, but needs to sort out his crossing
Dabizas 7- Superb first half, too many mistakes in the second
Heath 6 - Dabizas was left covering for his mistakes too often
Gillespie 8 - Looked threatening in patches and took his goal well
Tiatto 6 - One of his poorer games for me, but still gave 110%
Gudjonsson 5 - His good work in midfield was overshadowed by too many bad things
Williams 6.5 - Too anonymous while on really
Connolly 7 - Worked hard and linked up very well with De Vries
Scowcroft 6 - Worked harder than he has been doing but De Vries highlights his lack of quality.

Subs:
Nalis 6 - Did little wrong, but did not really get into the game
De Vries 6.5 - Very strong, and is an excellent link up player
Hughes 6.5 - Didn't have much chance, but seemed to slot in there pretty well.

Stewart - 5 - what really annoyed me was the cross near the end where we were piled in the box and he fluffed it

Gillespie - 7 - good, but should have run at players more sometimes

Gudjonsson - 7 - worked hard but should not have shot as often
Tiatto - 8 - MOTM - good passing and movement

Connolly - 7 - dull, didnt get the ball much
Scowcroft - 3 - glad weve got MDV on this performance

De Vries - 7 - looks really promising, holds the ball up much better than slowcroft
Nalis - 5 - dull
Hughes - 7 - looks very good from what i saw, a footballer, maybe a new izzet?

mdv gave us a busy target man when he came on, and hughes got involved too.
nalis & scowy anonymous.
We had plenty of room down the wings but very rarely exploited.
very poor 'pedestrian' pace off the ball, no one was showing.
who did the intercepted back pass which walker saved well??
on the whole not a good advert for lcfc

I thought Dabizas and Tiatto both had very poor games. Dabizas made bad slips that nearly gifted them a goal more than once. Tiatto's passing and crossing was awful

Dabizas saved us in the first half - mainly from the appalling Matt heath. sadly he reverted to type in the second half. Tiatto had an average game.

Walker 7 - Solid performance

Maybury 7 - Did little wrong but did not get forward enough IMO. When he did he looked dangerous.

Stewart 6 - Gets forward and supports brilliantly, but his final ball lets him down, although supporters reactions don't help, has still improved massively under CL.

Heath 6 - Good when attacking the ball, but struggles for pace when on one on one situations. Left us exposed on numerous occasions.

Dabizas 7 - Superb fist half, in second half just seemed to slip back into some of his old ways, but again another player who has benefitted under CL.

Gillespie 7 - Has started to make a telling contribution to the side, has become quite influential, another decent performance.

Gudjonsson 7 - Another who seems to suffer the wrath of the fans regardless, I thought he did well today, was energetic and covered a lot of ground, remember he is only 22 and still learning.

Williams 6 - Thought he did ok, didnt excert as much influence as in recent games but was always available and was getting beyond the strikers and making some penetrating runs into the box, unsure as to why he was replaced at half time unless it was an injury.

Tiatto 6 - Another all action display, but without any real cutting edge.

Scowcroft 4 - Another disappointing lucklustre display. Poor.

Connolly 7 - Another hard woking performance, busy and always looking to try and create opportunities but is getting sucked into areas where he cannot be a goalscoring threat, would like to see him in and around the box more.

Subs

Nalis 5 - Ineffective and lethargic, doesnt seem to fit into the new high energy team play.

De Vries 6 - Looks a handful and has some nice touches. Made a difference.

Hughes 6.5 - Would like to see him at half time instead of Nalis, played well looks a good footballer, likes to play the right way and seems to have good technique, promising start.
