We are consistent if nothing else.
The consistency in returns is truly remarkable. Managers come and go. Big changes in playing staff and yet we remain more or less becalmed between 12th and 19th in the table.
The only conclusion I can draw is that the culture remains very unambitious.
For instance - we get beaten in mid-week (a fact irrespective of the nature of the fixture); we manage to draw with mighty Colchester (a point a game equals relegation material)...and our acting manager thinks he's taken a step towards getting the job on a permanent basis.

I'm not saying I want him to be manager, just illustrating that it's pointless trying to judge someone on a couple of games.
