i think thats a bit harsh on Dublin, you make it sound like hes utter garbage when infact he was one of our best performers last season. its not just about how he plays either, as a coach you need to have a good personality which Dublin has. i think he'd do well working with the younger lot next year.

He was appalling last season until he found out no one else wanted him.

If the rumours of him undermining Levein are correct then I would be surprised if he was kept on beyond January let alone the rest of the season, the guy has done ok but nothing spectacular and the way the guy gets his name chanted is beyond me, no wonder he may well become next manager the bloke is a fraud.

As for players I would like to see move on in January would be, Tiatto, Wright, Gilbert and Wilcox all clearly not good enough, I would also like to see Williams leave, even though he is a very talented footballer, for one reason or another the move has not worked out and we should move him on whilst we can still attract a fee of some sort.
