The fact that he has conceded so many is more to do with the excuse for a defence that we have. He is still the best 'keeper we have.

Or the fact that Henderson is a poor communicator who doesn't command his area or defence.

If that is your reasoning then it was hardly time to change manager then either is it ??

Anyway why not, Henderson has hardly been immense, look at the recent defensive record not great is it ??

To be honest it doesnt matter what game it is, he is one of the most awfull goalkeepers i have ever seen. i dont understand how bringing him in gives us any more of a chance, he is dog shite

I have to agree with Lako. I was not happy when Levein signed him. He is a good shot stopper (doubt he would be now after so much time out of action), but was always totally hopeless in one-on-one situations and in commanding his area / dealing with crosses.

Henderson is much better (though not great at crosses either) and Logan has potential.

All of our Goalkeepers are much of a muchness, they all have weaknesses and strengths. The truth is none of them are good enough...IMO

i must admit your right HF ,hopefully in the summer this will be sorted i would keep logan and bring in two keepers ,as too the team the only two players contract ending this summer are DT's and Nissa's ,one of that two are off home :102:

This is an interesting time for me now. For about the last half of this season the fans have watched potential highs where we did look for a brief time that we had turned a corner. At one point a top 10 finish looked realistic, but the 'highs' were soon nulified by more inconsistent and poor performances. This as been the scourge of Kellys reign, one of which he never really looked like overcoming. The fans turned more and more against both RK and his players and over the last few weeks, its boiled over because what seemed like a comfortable position 2 months ago as now seen the club on a steep decline into a relegation fight. The reason why i say its an interesting time is because imo the very fans who have ran out of patience with the teams woeful displays, will now back the club to the hilt simply because we really do have something to fight for now............our survival. I expect our fans to be right behind the team on Saturday because there is real danger in the air now. In previous weeks we were going through the motions because most of us thought that despite the poor efforts by the team we would still do enough to stop up. Not now though, we really have to start battling for our lives and imo the fans will encourage the players and try and spur us onto safety. Lets hope the players respond to what i expect will be a more intimidating Walkers stadium . There is no time for player apathy and fans moaning and groaning, we really do have to do the business.......and now.

liking it bb :038: :038:

I don't see what Logan did to deserve being dropped. He had one bad game against Sheff Wed, but can hardly be blamed for their stunning goals. Henderson has had a few mares lately, but gets kept in the side. It will be interesting to see what Worthington plays

You do wonder how Wortho's going to work out who to play. He's got to trawl a fair way back in the video archives to find a decent performance - first half against Cov and 2nd half against Barnsley. And that's about it.

I cant see wholesale changes but he needs to do something to get us out of the rot, It will be a very interesting team sheet!

In this sort of situation I would expect him (NW) to talk to the senior members of the squad and maybe the scouts i.e. Fucillio (sp?). Then make a judgment based on what he has seen in the couple of days of training and his experience of the game.

You saying he's a fibber ?

I'm just find it odd that you would jump at a job for a month which you know would then be over having turned down ones that could be 2 or 3 or even longer. We must be one hell of a draw
