If anyone is going to the Northampton game you're probably best not to take too much notice of the Foxes Trust travel advice. Sixfields Stadium is a ****ing long way from Middlesbrough train station ...

By Train

Middlesbrough station is located on Albert Road, 10 to 15 minutes walk from the ground If you come out of the main entrance, turn left onto Zetland Road. Then left again into Albert Road and proceed under the railway bridge. Turn immediately right into Bridge Street East, going past the Bridge pub (not recommended for away fans) and then take the next right into Wynward Way. The stadium is down this road. If you come out of the rear station entrance, turn right onto Bridge Street East. Go straight past the Bridge pub and then take the next right into Wynward Way for the ground.

Trains take approx 2hours cheap off-peak return £24.30, but you will not get back the same night.

Anyone travelling to Sixfields by car tonight should be careful where they park. The stadium has loads of eateries as neighbours .. TGI's KFC etc as well as a cinema. None of whom are averse to giving you a parking ticket if you use their car parks for the footy.

Bit late, but the big gym car park is free
