Hopefully they get these right, they sound like much needed improvements.
Will be interesting to see how long and how well the no buying a penalty rule works though... Most players go down under contact. But if they don't, they also don't get given most of the time.

Best player in the world, neigh - history, available on a free. Man City will be all over this as ultimately they are basically trying to buy that elusive Champions League crown.. however, PSG exactly the same. Between those two for Messi I expect. Personally I would like to see him in the Prem.
