We are not bottom of The Prem!
Rejoice ! :) !

Why is the table on this site not up to date @Jeff?

Away working at an event so had the pleasure of watching this game. What a shit show, for the best league in the world TM.

I think that there are realistically only five clubs we can aspire to finish above. It has been a good start in our quest to wish them all nothing but failure:

Ipswich - lost at home
Southampton - lost
Brentford - TBC
Forest - drew at home to Bournemouth
Everton - lost at home

Everton lost 3-0 at home to Brighton 😂 We might be shit this season but we know we’ll have them for company. It’s comforting that some things never change

The size of our own challenge this year is perhaps measured by West Ham’s bench this evening - most of whom would walk into our first team

Fabianski
Cresswell
Wan Bissaka
Ward-Prowse
Summerville
Ings
Fullkrug

First VAR **** up I’ve seen this far. West Gam awarded a penalty for a foul.

Villa player touched the ball but momentum meant both players fell over.

Referee awards a penalty. VAR look at it and claim Villa player didn’t make a meaningful attempt to play the ball.

How the **** can that be so if he played the ****ing ball?

Yep

An absolutely ludicrous decision - above all things, that was a definite clear and obvious error

So apparently this season they aren’t going to overturn any decision that is marginal. So it sort of begs the question, what is the point of VAR?

What is the point in offside?

****ing stupid, watch the bias unfold in favour of the usual clubs again then the commentators fall over themselves to justify it.

I don’t mind that, to be honest - let the referee get on with it

But for this one there is no way that the ref could have seen the touch on the ball, or that it was then just a tangle of legs. Just give the ref the chance to look at that bit again and then he can make a more informed decision - he can still stick with a pen if he wants.

That’s what VAR is for - to help the ref, not make decisions for them

Hopeless

Foxes Trust representative, Steve Moulds, attended the Professional Game Match Officials Limited (PGMOL) pre-season briefing and can update supporters on the changes we can expect to see on the field this season.

Would suggest a VAR thread is created, rather than lumping this in with a wide ranging PL 24/25 topic ?

That's rich! There's probably a quadrillion suggestions from the talking balls community about how the foxes trust could be more useful (or more accurately less useless) which fall on deaf ears so making suggestions on here is kind of offensive.
