I'm not entirely convinced that the government agency UK Export Finance loan is meant for premier league football teams, another bending of the rules, might as well scrap FFP

Must admit, that was pretty much my first thought too. Fair play to Wolves though, good spot, I'm sure a number of clubs are kicking themselves and now lining up applications. They'd have saved themselves a few quid on loan interest.

On balance I think I'd rather my tax was spent on torture equipment for MI5 or bombing Yemen than on ****ing Wolves. What a ****ing piss take.

Essentially a member of the multi billion pound EPL is in receipt of state benefits. Beyond parody.

Luton off to a good start:

I love that they're including not being able to assure Burnley that improvements will be complete. I've been to Kenilworth road......has it really gone that backwards that Burnley think it's crap?

Notice Lopetegui has left Wolves. IMO they will get relegated this year. The situation is eerily similar to ours. Bought in a manager they really wanted, backed him spending over £100m, they've gone slowly backwards despite that. They've also had some bad luck with injuries and a lot of key players outgoing this year so a big squad overhaul.....

I find Wolves to be the most nothing club imaginable.

Their fans have a really inflated view of themselves as well.
