Those bottom two of Sunderland and QPR are drastic but they have very hard ends to the season.

We will be about 8 points off the relegation zone by mid-March but wins against teams like Swansea and Newcastle on their holidays already will keep it interesting. The game in mid-May at Sunderland will be massive.

I've always been a big Pearson fan but the points achieved this season will be nothing short of abysmal.

This actually shows our form improve for the remainder of the season, but only a little.

Whilst the above (pretend) table looks pretty miserable, it's interesting to note that holding out for another minute at home to Burnley and winning that home game against Palace instead of losing would have been enough to survive.

There have rarely been seasons as easy as this to stay up. We'll all be full of 'ifs' and 'buts' this summer.
