Ive never heard that before. What are we letting ourselves in for.

SSN have just shown it for the first time. About the first 3 or 4 mins worth. Looks like they will soon show a one to one interview with Holloway.

Was just on about 5-10 minutes ago. Comes accross as a very honest and commited man.

They have just had a one to one interview with Holloway. Lasted about 6 minutes. I think it would be fair to say his head is all over the place at the minute. He was very emotional, no jokes, very serious talking. He almost looked worried. He said his chairman told him on Tues of the interest, and he knew he wanted to come. His chairman told him they wouldn't give him permission, so he put in his notice, without even being offered the job here (Although his agent had obviously outlined the benefits) - Has met all the players and staff bar Taggs, who has been away. Will play 4-4-2 on Saturday, can't wait to meet Taggs and get going. I think once he's got his head around the events of the last 48 hours, he will be back to his usual 'unique' self.

Just watched it, looked very emotional, was i right in hearing him and his family only moved in two weeks ago :icon_eek:. Im confident about this appointment, the cardiff game should be interesting.

Well his 1st 2 games are against his 2 oldest rivals being a Bristol Rovers hero in Bristol City who will no doubt boo him with gusto tomorrow and Cardiff who hate anyteam/player that comes out of Bristol. Holloway will not want to lose either game so with his passion lets hope he gets it over to the players

That bit about 'learning nothing from victory but only learning from defeat' was embarrasing, as cringeworthy as Ronnie Corbett in Sorry.
