Puel out?

I really like some of what Puel is doing. Focusing on youth, players that are good on the ball and I think he's actually put together a really decent squad.
But tactically, what the feck is he doing? We've got good defenders, but our defence is completely shit. We've two very good defensive midfielders - but there not protecting the back 4 when it matters.

I can call who I want, what I want.
If fickle boneheads don't like it, they can piss off with the snowflakes.

What a namby pamby bunch we've become.
A fickle bonehead namby pamby snowflake so called fan. It’s not very pithy but it does make me laugh

If we’re playing internet bingo...

‘I can’t even’

I've changed my mind. Let's keep him. A 45,000 stadium and a world class training facility will look great in the Championship.

Mate. We’ve conceded 17 goals in our last five away games. We were 3-0 down against Bournemouth at half time. We’ve had staff sent to the stands for ill discipline, had a player sent off and shown the same frailty and malaise defensively that we have done for the entirety of 2018. And these things aren’t a one-off. We’ve seen these sorts of “bad days” plenty of times this year. To say nothing of the stats I posted earlier around going behind in games with alarming regularity.

I know there are some of you that think the knives are out. And they are. But not without solid reasoning.

The counterpoint is the team is “still gelling” but I saw nothing to suggest the defensive structure shows anything hint of organization

Or maybe simply reiterating what they have been saying for months, despite the blue mongie simpletons banging on about how everything is great

It isn't. It's absolutely shite, and has been for feckin' ages

Well they've had a feckin good one today. I've generally been in favour of giving him time, but after that one I feel like we should get rid. Maybe it's a bit of an over reaction to one result/performance. Total shit show, no excuses that we were unlucky or what have you in a close defeat to one of the top teams to hide behind today.

Bournemouth are a damn good team, one we haven't beaten yet since both being in the premier league, it seems unless we win every game against a non top 6 side some of you think that's grounds for sacking.

Also Wes Morgan getting sent off is a blessing in disguise, we ought to appeal to get it extended to a full year

When you have been well and truly stuffed and have played like a bunch of ****ing useless feckers - the answer is most certainly a yes.

So there is at least one other sane person round here then!

I’m not looking to argue. This is a genuine question: what do you think is insane about wanting Puel out at this point in time?

We weren’t competitive Skitzo. In fact we were embarrassed, and not for the first time.

I said to my dad this week, I don’t really mind a defeat because as you say Bournemouth are a decent side especially at their place but I did want to see evidence of progress. There was none.

I'm not against being critical and demanding things to change but I would start with players and formation before the manager, I suspect I'm not alone in thinking a 3412 system would be our best

We are going to get a universal panning from the press if we sack him. They will all say he is doing good things, he has brought in some youngsters, it is too early, look at their league position, ‘a team like leicester should be happy’ blah blah blah.

So broad shoulders people. In spite of that we should still sack this tosser. It is never going to be what we want under this guy. Why waste time. Move on.
