Anyone watching the game on TV. Fed up on BBC2:icon_evil with the frequent mention that this game could be repeated in Play-off Final:icon_evil and about if they win they set a Club record etc

The Mull of Kintyre never sound worst I forgot Trees sang that and I've heard it twice now:098:

Bllody awful song. Anyone know why that bloody awful club sing it?

Got back 90 minutes ago. Surprised by many comments. ( all threads )
A Great Win, that was needed.
Weale-- tested but okay
Hobbs & Brown -- SOLID.
Berner -- Happy but surprised by his errors after the rave reviews.
Morrison -- Is he deaf/mute? The lad has talent but no communication. It should be coming from his left.
Wellens -- After he took his knock (15 mins) he dropped further & further back. Creating a huge hole in the midfield. I was shocked that he blagged it with NP @ half time.
King -- Scored
Gallagher -- 1st half I felt he was a luxury we didn't need. 2nd half he found his movement legs.
Spearings -- He's gaining fitness?? Harassing?? What system are we playing?
Howard -- Uber Professional , is there distance left in them legs?? 99.9%
Waghorn -- FFS- please include a clause in his next contract that his wage is determinate upon his head striking the ball, - he made no effort to "make collision" with his head & the ball. This may be his limit.

Utter nonsense. Pay attention next time.

King -- Scored

Well spotted. Did you see all the other stuff he did as well, or were you busy ignoring him like everyone else?

I don't know who Spearings is or what any of your comments mean. Are you being sarcastic?

Waghorn -- FFS- please include a clause in his next contract that his wage is determinate upon his head striking the ball, - he made no effort to "make collision" with his head & the ball. This may be his limit.

Yes, Waghorn was absolutely shocking. Bring back Elvis Hammond. And Collins John.

So you didn't think much to the lovely passes he played in the build up to the first and second goals? Or the occasions won the ball back? Or his varied range of passing that set up counter attack after counter attack? Did you expect to see Dunga playing centre-mid for us yesterday?

but he's shite .... like kaka and dudu :icon_wink

Neil Warnock was more relaxed than I have seen him. Not being as nice a man as Holloway he did not fall for the Warnock Give Us A Wave ploy and simply turned and waggled his backside at the crowd.

That was class!

Although he did fall for the wave bit when he came here with Palace earlier in the season - obviously remembered it!

Agree it's an awful song and I don't know why they sing it, but sing it they did and with a lot more enthusiasm than our lot manage with our songs.

Quote from The Mercury :icon_eek:

Man-of-the-moment Martyn Waghorn believes Peterborough could give Leicester City a more challenging test now they have been relegated.
The two-goal hero of the 4-1 win against QPR on Monday says Posh's players are fighting for their careers following the appointment of new boss Gary Johnson.
