i suggesting writing to QPR about this matter, its a disgrace.

I know police are there for our protection but they take too far.

They expect us to speak calmly and level headed to them, but they dont return the actions.

Scarby is English your first language?:icon_lol:

Well him and Sheehan were in town last night.

I think it was the coaches they were trying to get you to - it was when we came out from the top shelf (even at my venerable state of decrepitude I had to show them my Citizen Ken card to be allowed to turn left instead of right!). It's a long long walk from there to the nearest main line station!

I understand that there had been a mouthy group going out earlier shouting about how they were going to do whatever, so they were being a bit wary I suppose. And there was a bit of heat being generated at the underground station at one point - nothing serious, just mouth and handbags, generated by the queues to get on the platform.

They definatley stated that a special train was laid on and we were going back to Leicester on it, nothing mentioned about coaches.

A few fans were chanting stupid songs while we were being held back like the roberts one and lets go fcuking mental, so you can't blame the police totally. It did seem strange to be stopped like that, maybe City have a bad rep??

I saw Stearman in Life last night, he looked like a right bacon!

Disagree completely. They will be tired from the villa game. The type of fatigue that you are talking about is completely different to the tiredness from football. You need sleep to recover. They need time for muscles to physically recover. To recover from pulls, strains, bumps and bruises. No matter how much they get paid, they still need this time. They are worked hard and will be physically exhausted after playing. It's easy to criticse when we have gone to QPR and 'only' got a point (which i think is a good one at that) but we have to be realists and with the squad that we have got we can't expect a great deal more.
Isn't that what training is for? To condition their bodies to allow them to be at the peak of physical fitness? To cope with the exertion and strain?

Looks like they are wasting their time. :icon_roll

I went back to the Andover Arms for a few beers, then headed back to Goldhawk Park tube. A pub just before the tube had an ambulance outside and a couple of dozen cops forming a cordon - I guess some Leicester fans decided to dismantle the pub.
