I wonder if, from a purely selfish, LCFC standpoint, the Blatter story will take a bit of heat away from us.
Isn't that just wishing death on them by other (slow, painful) means?Agree. Contracting a horrible, incurable STD seems much more appropriate.
...We are told that the board will decide the player future but I am afraid I do not know who is on the board.
I have always taken it that the power structure is Nigel for the players and Susan Whelan for everything else but with Vichai and Top in overall charge. Presumably Vichai and Top are on the board but who else.
With all this hooha about farts and bottoms and Blatter I'd totally forgotten about the Foxes Trust.
Wasn't there one FT person that used to get a little narky?Who, it has to be said in the interests of fairness, never rise to the bait on offer here and often supply useful information like the above listed construction of the board.

Well this is an easy one isn't it. Gross misconduct and dismissal.
They bought you off with the whole chains thing didn't they?
Yes, the usual bait of membership numbers which always becomes a throw away joke comment (hello Camberwell Fox on this occasion), however no one ever seems bothered about how many the official supporters club, the DSA or even Union FS have.
The club would prefer a single fans organisation, but each organisation has its own areas of focus & to combine would be foolish, because if the club didn't like say something the Foxes Trust said, they could be awkward on away coaches or stadium noise initiatives if under a single organisation, so being separate removes the big stick.
You only have to look at the no talk to Stringer issue to know how things can become entrenched & drag on for months.
Tick, tock, tick, tock.
How difficult can this one be to resolve in the only way that is remotely acceptable?

The young men involved will need time to brief legal counsel. It is better for the club to act slowly and properly rather than leave legal loopholes. You believe they should be sacked and I believe they should be sacked but their lawyers will argue otherwise. I do not want a situation in which they go to an employment tribunal and get a payoff through a hurried and sloppy procedure. As Milan Mandaric once said about Martin Allen "God created lawyers" - his tone suggested "What was God thinking?"
The three players will be hoping for some kind of payoff as their chances of earning good money in football have suddenly diminished. I hope they do not get one.
Would Pearson Jnr be entitled to a payout (should/when it ends in a sacking) as his contract ends this month anyway?
