Was the bedwetting not in reference to people claiming Top was broke, the club was broke, we were going into administration, etc…

If it was in reference to BR then calling for him to be sacked after 2 games is a little ‘bed wetting’… just because he needs to be sacked now doesn’t mean he did after 2 games…
Precisely this. But you see, you've let facts get in the way of their complete nonsense.

That's not how things are done here.

I believe that we've been sounding out potential replacements for Rodgers for a while now.

I think that we asked third parties about Potter at Brighton and that prompted Chelsea to move when they did.

As each defeat makes us less attractive, we're losing the appeal that we held among the more exciting candidates.

We will appoint someone with proven PL experience. Nobody without it would be considered in our current predicament.

Our squad contains a lot of players who can take instruction and can play brave, attacking football.

If we end up with someone like Dyche it means that we've lost all the appeal that we've built over the last few years and I don't see it. I think the worst case scenario is Benitez. However, I think we'll try to tempt a Tuchel or a Emery or a Pochettino first. I'd be surprised if any of these would now take it though. We've waited too long.

I suspect you are right. But….unless they can see what we are all seeing that there is a set of players here who just need managing and organising, 2-3 wins would turn this situation around pretty quickly, and from there they can kick on and they can get some managerial kudos for turning it around.

Which is pretty much what Brendan thought when he took over from Puel.

However I think Dyche is far more likely than anyone else, right now.

Forest, Villa, Bournemouth, Everton, Southampton, Palarse, Wolves, Leeds, Brighton, West Ham.
You mean if we sack Rodgers we can finish above those teams?

If you think we can finish above those teams with Rodgers in charge, I worry for your sanity mate.

No, he should have been sacked after forest last season.

The manager that we need now is different to the manager we want to take us forward next season.

The owners lack of action has created this situation

Brendan had a dream
With no idea or scheme
He's from Ireland, he's on his own, all on his own
We like to attack
But shit at the ba--ack
Worst record in England
You made us sing that
**** off, **** off, **** off

@City Fan who do you think it will be?
Good question.

I don’t see us as a particularly attractive proposition at the moment. Yes ok we’ll pay well, but managers won’t really want the risk of a relegation on their CV. We’re in a dire position in the league. Plus they’ll see that we haven’t really got a pot to piss in. And to top it all off, Tielemans will go in the summer, potentially Maddison too, and our talisman legend of a striker will need replacing soon.

All of this makes me even more annoyed that we didn’t replace him in the summer because I think we’d have been able to have attracted Potter or Frank back then.

I think we need a short term fix to keep us up, and then we think more longer term in the summer. I could be miles off, but I think it might be Dyche or even potentially a third spell for Big Nige.

I know the second name there would cause divides amongst the fans, but I’ve always said that I think he will manage this club again before his career is done. He has unfinished business here.
