There are obviously people who become obsessed by someone else's club or home in on a nemesis figure - in this case Nige - and can't move on.
I suppose its a bit of a puzzle as to whether to ban him - i.e. to be cruel to be kind (in the long term) or rules of free speech etc have to be respected.
