What a spineless ****. I've never warmed to Rodgers as a person but I think he has done a fantastic job since he took over. Criticising fans for not being vocal enough, I can take; even agree with. I don't think we should bin him off, but I am beginning to question if he is too soft and I don't like his excuses following a poor performance. 'Last two seasons we overachieved'... rather than admit we have let standards slip considerably this season. Piss off with your excuses Brendan and get this team playing like it genuinely gives a shit again...

If he's going to say that, then I want to hear exactly what he regards as our expected level of achievement.

We've qualified for the 2nd tier European competition twice (& then been disappointing in it twice) & won the FA Cup.

What level below that are we supposed to be happy with & accepting of then Brendan ?

Anything below that level means that we win **** all, ever & qualify for **** all, ever.

So all this investment in the club over the last decade has been to secure the dizzy heights of midtable obscurity then has it?
