Of course. And as for hanging that should deffo be brought back, you agree with Huntley still being kept alive, at least make his life as miserable as we can get it.

As for the motoring stuff, the fines should be increased but take the penalty points away which would kick in when exceeding the limit by a lot, say 45mph in a 30mph area and 90mph on the motorways etc. Causing death my reckless life imprisonment.

Hanging for prisoners on a three strikes and out rule. Third time in prison you come out in a body bag.
