Palace game...there was the 2 for 25 quid offer, plus thousands given away to the Asian Community and then Filbert Fox going on trips to county towns giving them out like prizes.

What was this?! Did they seriously target asian communities?! Was it on color or address? Did they just give them to people on melton road or people of a tanned complexion? Fecking disgrace

Didnt ,atter anyway, they all turned up late and left after half an hour :icon_lol:

I voted yes because I think the benefits are now pretty much non-existant, but I do like the fact that all my payments are out of the way by August (3 cheque method) and I can forget about football money for the rest of the season. I would probably goto all of the home games anyway.

Although if it is an average of £17 something for non ST and £16 for ST, then if you miss even one or two games it swings it into actually costing you more per game!

With every passing ticket offer I'm getting more and more certain I won't bother renewing my ST. Absolutely shitest of the shite football combined with the two fingers given to ST holders by the people 'running' the club has made me think that cherry picking games is the way forward.

It was a clear cut drive to recruit more Asians to Leicester city Football Club. I can't remember the wording, but it was along the lines of Leicester being a very large Asian community yet very few of them come to the football matches. We had a discussion on here at the time about Cricket being their number one sport.

I find this policy totally offensive to all parties involved. Build a stadium and people will either come or not. We shouldn't be designated a certain percentage per colour or race and then work hard to fulfill that quota, that is stone age behaviour surely.

We live as one

The thing that has pissed me off the most this season is that, from what people have said on here, is that students can get tickets for £5 a match. I've spent £250 on my season ticket, yet I could have got to every home match for only £115. Nice to see the ticket office told me about this offer. :icon_roll

I think you are right, the fact I could have attended every game this season for less than Ive paid per game via my season ticket is shocking.

People may argue that our grade A fixtures are still to come and we will claw it back then. However youd still have been better to buy tickets and then buy a half season ticket.

Yes. Its getting to be a bit of a joke now.

Not to mention that they gave free tickets out to the ethnic minorities, who have most likley never attended a Leicester match, never brought a shirt and haven't held a season ticket for x number of years during which time ploughing thousands of pounds into the club. Why did they reward these people instead of the loyal season ticket holders? They could just have easily given us 2 tickets each and said 'invite some mates'. It Would have achived the same thing (getting more people in who might in turn buy a ST).

Fecking hell.............I agree with you

Also the fact that students can buy tickets for every home match at £5. Well my season ticket cost pleanty more than that, even though I would qualify as would my brother.

EDIT: I see MHS has already mentioned this.

Students should pay the going rate. They pay the going rate at clubs, they pay the going rate for fags and beer too, so why should going to a footy match be different....... free loading tossers

I don't feel devalued.;) At the end of the day, I want my regular seat, no hassle buying bloody tickets, etc. I think this season has been a little bit unusual in that we've been pretty rubbish, and the club have had to do extra promotions to get bums on seats - I'd rather that than a half-empty stadium. I notice no-one's mentioned the Fulham game where our tickets are cheaper. I will get my tin helmet on now.

ture but if they offerd all this as part of the season ticket then they would have more season ticket holders would they not :102:

My mates most likely going to get a half season ticket after me getting him some slightly discounted tickets. But at this rate its not probably worth it if they continue to be given away. It remains to be seen what MM will do. I doubt we'll have the same farcical distribution that we have right now.
