So for us bedwetters, where do we now stand with the bedwetting metaphor?

A friend has just texted me saying he saw Paul Lambert in the city today by the way.....

Well, they haven't messed about. Absolutely shit appointment destined for failure from the very beginning. Poor bloke was never up to it.

Now the hard work begins. Bet they haven't got a ****ing scooby as to what to do next.

Allardyce seems the right choice....much as I ****ing hate it.

Yee-haaa x100!

It wouldn’t have gone down well with the OH Leuven supporters seeing as he’s doing such a great job there.

I bet it would have been a strong possibility had Nigel not accepted the OHL job.

It'll carry on regardless. Lose or draw against Swansea and the same old lot will be telling us we are nailed on relegation fodder. It really doesn't matter who gets the job - not that anyone half decent will want it of course.

Absolutely no way they would sack a manager without having someone else in mind.

Well, it would be a first if they have and I sincerely hope that you're right. Every time they've sacked someone before, they patently haven't got a clue what to do next.

You must be thrilled. Glad you got what you wanted.

Personally I'd rather have seen the team winning...

What can I do about it? I don't pick the manager. I don't pick the team. I don't pick the tactics.

If I can see a shit show brewing and a manager out of his depth, it's not disloyal to earn a few quid out of it.

Of course I'd rather we were up the league and beating the likes of Bournemouth and WBA. A little compensation for watching shite like we were served up last night is no bad thing.

Those Shakey/Pulis half-and-half scarves must be worth a small fortune now

As BN said do the owners have any inkling what to do next, thats the biggest worry for me. They need advice I think Homers available.

The reason CS was a late appointment could only be because they could not find a 'proper' manager.

Obviously the Club have, very late, come to the conclusion that it takes more than 'being mates' and putting chicken nuggets on the menu, to win games or even just generate a performance.

The easy, obvious and right decision to sack Shakey. Hopeless case. However, we all know he was only part of the problem. Time to push this through with at least two more sackings.

As for a replacement it needs a strong individual. Big Sam isn't that inspiring a prospect but he has the experience and persona and would probably save us from relegation. Pearson is already in the King Power hutch and the fact that he is managing their Belgian pub team shouldn't be an inhibition - if he's who they want cos they can't do any better.
