Leicesters 'crack' executive team of Davies, Mandaric, Allen etc is really throwing it's weight around in the championship transfer market isn't it?

Or not....

maybe we should start casting our net into the conference. after all, we don't mind signing Amateur league dutchmen. So part time englishmen would be a shoe in to the current squad.
 
FFS... we were never in for him and would never be in for him. How much money do you think we have exactly?

This is getting too much.

Nearly relagated 3 years in a row vs recently relegated from prem, may still be re-instated.

Tough choice, and that choice only exists IF we went in for him

everyone single one of you moaned systematically, during and after every defeat last year.
hands up who didn't?
watching sharp, eastwood, saganowski, holland, earnshaw etc etc etc, bang them in at the walkers next season won't be any more fun. as it will be AGAINST us.
It's not bad supporting, it's a pragmatic view of our lack of ambition. Proven through our poor signings to date. Quite who the players are who will be left by the time we come to spend any money is anyones guess, because the best chamnpionship strikers are already being sewn up. That's a fact.
So i'll carry on supporting Leicester, and kicking the cat all over the front room when i get back from a half full walkers.

"People" should have listened to Pompey fans about broken promises, lies and general bull shit that comes out of Mandaric. They might not be getting in such big hissy fits now if they had.

Oh and MM spent hardly any cash on players at Pompey... another warning sign not to expect big money purchases.

I also think Sheffield United are bonkers

Got about 4 strikers decent at this level.

They sell Sharp for £100k to Scunny and have a 25% clause on him. They buy him for £2.5 m. Braindead when they have good enough and could have got around 650k from him.
 
Mandaric took Yakubu, Merson, Stone, Sherwood, Pericard etc to Pompey, when he took over. Some were a lot of money, some were massively influential players, about 31-32. We're getting no one of that quality, so his activity for Leicester so far bears no relation to his start at Pompey.

It's a let down to be honest. not expecting the earth, but we are dreaming about top six.
we're 12th on alphabetical order, and i'll settle for that.

They get him for 1.5m as they get 500k cash back.

It bears quite a big relation to his start at Portsmouth. They only Spent money after he sold Crouch for £5m... and that was quite a few years into his time there.
