Yep, either that or a faulty LNB (poss water damaged YV? with all the snow etc)

Unlikely to be the box if its literally just the picture freezing.

Have you checked the signal strength YV?

Using your sky remote, press services, then System Setup, then Signal Test. It should tell you the strength and quality of the signal.

watch it for a few minutes to see if its moving up and down

Have you tried switching it on YV ?

done that theres no obvious movement in signal
