Directions
Leave the M25 at junction 29 and take the A127 (signposted Basildon, Southend)

After around 38 miles on the A127 turn right onto the B1015 (West Street) and the ground is on the right.

Journey should take around 2.5 hours.

There is a decent sized car park at the ground plus street parking, plus plenty of parking in the town centre.


Trains
The closest station is Prittlewell, about 10 minutes walk away, but Southend Victoria and Southend Central stations are also within walking distance.

The standard saver return from Leicester is £50.50, but you can save money by buying cheap advance tickets from Leicester to London and a cheap day return from London to Prittlewell. The cheapest tickets have already gone so it looks like the best you can do currently is around £36. Maybe Boc can find something cheaper.

I'd go Victoria Line to Oxford Circus, then Central Line to Liverpool Street - approx 20 minutes.
