Matty can not even be mentioned in the same breath as Stevie Walsh, he is a true legend, would love him to still be with the club in some capacity, what about as a defensive coach, Tim with the keepers, Corky with the strikers and big Walshie with the defenders ?

Walsh was leicester. and the memories are priceless. Elliot was the best since Walsh but didn't quite.

we could do with both of them in their prime this season.

Against Chelsea in about 2000, he did not show Vialli any respect and got beat several times whilst dilly dallying with the ball. Also, once against Liverpool in the same season he seemed to think he was the best defender ever and passed the ball foolishly across the back line only to feed Owen resulting in the first of three goals.
