What's with all the email reminders about time running out? Too much pressure. Can I sue for this?

I haven't had any.

Can I sue for this?

Whats happening on March 15TH?...................:102: I have not had a single email telling me what is going to happen on this date, and it's only 8 days away!

Yet another text message from the club :tumbleweed:

The old bloke in front of us went in to renew his ST yesterday, and wanted to pay the deposit and then pay it in 2 installments, but the lad who served him said he couldn't do it that way:icon_eek: So the old bloke said can he pay the deposit and then pay it all in one go on April 1st?? Nope, can't do it that way either.

He used his credit card to pay it all in one go, which he didnt want to do(use his cc that is) so he was a bit annoyed that he couldn't pay it in two parts next month and the month after, like he said, they've got the deposit, and they'll get the rest before the season is over.

He could have paid his deposit and then paid the balance as two Direct Debit payments. What you can't do is to pay a deposit and then pay the balance at the ticket office or in any way other way then Direct Debit.

That's what he wanted to do, pay it in two dd installments but was told he couldn't do it.

You can certainly do that. Who was serving him? You can do it in anything from 1 to 10 DDs.

Once you have decided on a DD plan will they let you change it? I am thinking of going for the 6 month option but I may have some money coming to me in the next month or so, and would like to use it to pay of the balance, I am happy to pay the £4 to do it as a DD if I can change from 6 months to say 2 months?

Yeah so it says in the info thingy, but he was told by the lad serving him that he couldn't have a DD plan for 1 or 2 months.

tbh I sometimes wonder if any of them know what they are doing........

Well certainly this bloke didn't!

The problem that they might see is that they will already have been charged to set the DD up.

Why don't you ask them?
